Conwy Castle, Conwy

Superb castle with Spectacular views from the wall-walk. Lovely sea-side town but one way system and narrow streets mean that using the Castle long stay car park is a good solution, it's only a short walk through to the town centre and sea front. Parking near the front is difficult and the ever present sea-gulls often leave a gift!! Also, be very wary of eating on the sea-front as the gulls are quite daring and will easily snatch food from your hand.

Lovely Castle, it set so that the town is interlocking with it, so you go from castle arches to shops. You can walk around the castle walls. Dogs are allowed, however be mindful that some parts have slotted wooden floors and there paws can find them close to falling through the gaps. I actually had to carry my 26kg husky down a flight of stairs, but pretty much all free and it is stunning. See my photos.
