The commercial center of eastern Paraguay, busy Ciudad Del Este serves primarily as a shopping destination for Argentines and Brazilians.
Take a break from the city and head to Saltos del Monday and Lago de la Republica. Shop till you drop at Shopping Del Este Paraguay and Monalisa Paraguay. And it doesn't end there: browse the different shops at Shopping Paris, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Catedral de San Blas, snap pictures at Ponte da Amizade, and have some family-friendly fun at Museo Planet 3D.
