One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.

Step out of the city life by going to Cheonggyecheon Stream and Bukhansan National Park. There's still lots to do: wander the streets of Myeongdong Shopping Street, take an in-depth tour of Gyeongbokgung Palace, contemplate the long history of Namsangol Hanok Village, and admire the masterpieces at National Folk Museum of Korea.

If you are flying in from Philippines, the closest major aiports are Gimpo International Airport, Incheon International Airport and Osan Air Base. Expect a daytime high around 32°C in June, and nighttime lows around 22°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 15th (Thu) early enough to travel back home.
