Baltrum is a barrier island off the coast of East Frisia, in Germany, and is a municipality in the district of Aurich, Lower Saxony. Change things up with these side-trips from Baltrum: Helgoland (Festung Helgoland & Lange Anna), Hafen Neuharlingersiel (in Neuharlingersiel) and Haustierpark Werdum (in Werdum).
