Manila, Philippines to Stockholm is an approximately 18-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 7 hours traveling from Manila to Stockholm. Traveling from Manila in May, things will get colder in Stockholm: highs are around 18°C and lows about 6°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 22nd (Mon) early enough to fly to Oslo.

Getting from Stockholm to Oslo by flight takes about 3 hours. Other options: drive; or take a train. In May, plan for daily highs up to 18°C, and evening lows to 3°C. On the 26th (Fri), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Gothenburg.

Start off your visit on the 27th (Sat): appreciate the extensive heritage of Haga, then admire the natural beauty at Gothenburg Botanical Garden, and then head off the coast to Southern Gothenburg Archipelago. Here are some ideas for day two: get in on the family fun at Liseberg Amusement Park, then stop by Feskekorka, and then pause for some serene contemplation at Masthuggskyrkan.

Drive from Oslo to Gothenburg in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or take a bus. Expect a bit warmer evenings in Gothenburg when traveling from Oslo in May, with lows around 7°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 29th (Mon) to allow enough time to fly to Copenhagen.

Visit Nyhavn and St. Alban's Church for their historical value. Get some cultural insight at Rosenborg Castle and National Museum of Denmark. Traveling by flight from Gothenburg to Copenhagen takes 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. In May, daily temperatures in Copenhagen can reach 19°C, while at night they dip to 8°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Fri) to allow enough time to drive to Moen.

Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Sun) to allow time to travel back home.
