If you are flying in from Austria, the closest major aiports are Salzburg Airport, Linz-Hörsching Airport / Vogler Air Base and Innsbruck Airport. June in Salzburg sees daily highs of 26°C and lows of 15°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 8th (Wed) so you can go by car to Munich.

Traveling by car from Salzburg to Munich takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. In June, daytime highs in Munich are 26°C, while nighttime lows are 13°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Wed) to allow time to drive back home.
