The city of Evora functions as a museum of Roman origins and medieval times.
On the 3rd (Tue), contemplate the long history of Cathedral of Evora (Se Catedral de Evora), take in the spiritual surroundings of Capela dos Ossos, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Igreja de Sao Francisco, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Templo Romano de Evora (Templo de Diana), and finally take in nature's colorful creations at Jardim Diana. On the 4th (Wed), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: pause for some serene contemplation at Sao Joao Evangelista Church (Evora), then appreciate the extensive heritage of Centro Historico de Evora, and then delve into the distant past at Centro Interpretativo dos Almendres.

Called "Oporto" by many, the city of Porto along the Duoro River lent the country and Port wine their names. Portugal's second-largest metropolis dates back to the 4th century, representing both a rich cultural past and industrial present through its architecture and style.
