The capital city of Negros Occidental province, Bacolod boasts a rich foodie culture and vibrant festival scene, especially known for its annual festival of smiles.

Manila to Bacolod is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also ride a ferry; or do a combination of bus and ferry. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Mon) so you can catch the flight to Cebu City.

The country's second city, Cebu City boasts a number of interesting colonial buildings, thriving commercial areas, and historic temples.

You can fly from Bacolod to Cebu City in 2.5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of car and ferry; or take a bus. In February, plan for daily highs up to 35°C, and evening lows to 28°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Sat) to allow enough time to fly to Manila.
