Podgorica — 1 night

One of Europe's most relaxed and newest capital cities, Podgorica sits on the confluence of two rivers, with two sides of it offering two different options for exploring.
On the 25th (Thu), indulge your senses at Nomad Tours Montenegro, then take in the dramatic scenery at Montenegrin Niagara Falls, and then contemplate the waterfront views at Morača River.

If you are flying in from Saudi Arabia, the closest major aiports are Podgorica Airport / Podgorica Golubovci Airbase and Tivat Airport. Finish your sightseeing early on the 26th (Fri) so you can drive to Kotor.

Bride of the Adriatic Sea

Perched on the edge of a fjord-like bay rimmed by rugged mountains, Kotor grew around a medieval settlement purposely built like a maze.
On the 26th (Fri), admire the landmark architecture of Sea Gate, get outside with Outdoor Activities, then explore the activities along Bay of Kotor, and finally cruise along Viewing Point at the Road Kotor-Lovćen.

Traveling by car from Podgorica to Kotor takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and taxi. In August, daytime highs in Kotor are 38°C, while nighttime lows are 20°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 27th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Tivat.

Tivat — 2 nights

Known for its marina and promenade, Tivat bathes in sunshine during summer, making it an ideal stop for trips around Kotor Bay.

Kick off your visit on the 27th (Sat): get a taste of local nightlife at PMYC Pool, make a trip to Mamula Fortress, then Head underground at Blue Grotto, then stroll through Plavi Horizonti Beach, and finally see the interesting displays at Cultural Center. Budva — 3 nights

Montenegro's top tourist destination, Budva draws big crowds with its pulsating nightlife and sun-kissed beaches.
Your day by day itinerary now includes La Roca, Club Ambiente and Kamenovo Beach. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Layered Rocks of Rafailovići and Ploče Beach. Step out of the city life by going to Sveti Stefan Beach and Drobni Pijesak. There's still lots to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Jaz Beach, stroll through Bečići Beach, stop by Budva Leather, and pause for some photo ops at Ballet Dancer Statue.

While on vacation in Ulcinj, you'll be able to experience two distinct cultures without having to put one foot out of Montenegro.

Getting from Budva to Ulcinj by car takes about 1.5 hours. Other options: take a bus. In September in Ulcinj, expect temperatures between 32°C during the day and 19°C at night. On the 3rd (Sat), you'll have the morning to explore before heading back home.
