Beautiful place to visit when you are in or around Zurich... Good train connection makes journey quiet smooth. Boat rides are fun. For all Indians, there is also a very good small bistro where you can enjoy little bit of Indian delicacies and definitely souvenir shops and much more with breath taking views of Rhine falls. Its kind of half day trip from Zurich but depends upon how much time you want to spend... There is even a small castle which you enjoy...

Great experience! For a small fee you can go to a couple of viewing platforms that are really close to the most impressive parts of the waterfall. For a not-so-small fee you can get on a boat that can get you almost into the fall itself or even get you to the rock in the middle. For us both were awesome, but even just the viewing platforms might be enough of a thrill.
