Watched over by the Tower d'en Rovira, Cala Bassa is a popular beach on the northwestern seaboard of Ibiza. Its isolated location, with the nearest village being almost 7.4 km (5 miles) away, makes it a hotspot for beach-bound tourists looking to escape Ibiza's famous party scene for an afternoon. Although civilization is a few miles off and a bus ride away, you'll find bars with refreshments, so pack light and lie back to enjoy your beach experience. Put Cala Bassa on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Sant Antoni de Portmany trip planner.

Really nice, a lot of restaurants. Expensive but nice. Chairs, you have to make a reservation to have one.

The best Beach Club in Ibiza, but the prices are really really high. They take advantage of the tourists. It's insane to charge 180 eur for 2 beds on the beach.

I have been going to Cala Bassa Beach Club for many years now and must say that the experience has been absolutely sublime every summer. From all the beach clubs I have been in Ibiza over the last 20 years, Cala Bassa Beach Club is by far the best in many regards: Most importantly, the service is just excellent. The friendly and pragmatic staff (especially in the “Central Beach” section) fulfills all wishes and takes care of everything – oftentimes even without having to be asked. Secondly, the food and the drinks that are being served are exquisite and have never disappointed. Moreover, the ambience is just perfect: As the sun beds are in a private area, you can perfectly relax and enjoy the moment. Last but not least, Cala Bassa itself is probably one of the nicest if not the nicest beach in Ibiza. I can honestly recommend Cala Bassa Beach Club to everyone that loves the nice things in life and seeks to have a perfect day at the Beach.

Excellent location and nice beach club. However, given the pretentious appearance, the service levels don't live up to it. If you ask 250 euros for the Taittinger lounge, that service needs to be top notch. It simply wasn't at that level. So, could be 5 stars if price and quality of service match.
