Historic Centre of Cordoba
One of the largest of its kind in Europe, Historic Centre of Cordoba contains structures from Roman, Arabic, and Christian times. From the Romans, you’ll see a bridge; from the Jews, a synagogue; from the caliphs, the baths and mosque; and from the Christian Monarchs, the Alcázar. The mosque’s arches particularly impress. You might even find yourself thinking of Marrakech here. Don’t miss the tapas bars. If you’re planning to visit Spain, and you want to visit Andalusia, this is one of the sights you must visit. It’s right in the center of old Cordoba. The tower has amazing views of the complex as well as the city of Cordoba, where you can see a sea of white Andalusian architecture. The interior is one of the Mose iconic places in all Spain. Seeing Islam and Christian design mix is incredible. They seem to complement each other.

Fantastic former mosque changed into katholic Church. The €11 entry per adult is absolutely worth it. You can easily spend an hour indoors to explore. Definitely also book the bell tower too directly. We didn't make it because we didn't know about it and when we came back to book it was booked out for the day. The bell tower must give a great overview of Cordoba. We will definitely come back!
