This is both an interesting and beautiful church. The architecture and tile depictions were worth getting here alone. Surrounding gardens and views were also very nice.

Really nice chapel with some great views from the top. There is a chapel and some artwork on all the sets of stairs that was cool to look at.

Beautiful church on a hilltop with amazing views of the Vila Franca do Campo. We visited it in the winter, and it was great. Hydrangeas surround it. I can only imagine how gorgeous it is to see it when the weather is good and the flowers are blooming.

Amazing view with a beautiful açorean church and friendly chickens. Spend some time here and If you can, go just here and don't even visit the town below, because we had a horrible experience with locals. They seems like hating tourists and didn't wanted to serve us food, even though everybody around was eating and it was opened for many more hours.
