Very interesting church located in Mosteiros parish, in Sete Cidades area. The church edifice, whose construction started in 1849 and was completed in 1857, is set at the end of the allée, a walkway framed by tall trees on both sides, bringing a natural focus to the tall and slender church built in Neo-Gothic style. Note a religious sculptural group on the right of the church' entrance.
