  • Built in 1915, it is one of the most important museums in Portugal with more than 20 thousand objects including paintings, archeological artifacts, tiles, and tombstones of medieval times, etc. It is located in the vicinity of the Roman Temple and the Cathedral and a must-visit in Évora. The most famous collection is the 13 piece panel that shows *the Life of the Virgin* by an unknown artist in the 14th century. A highly recommended museum with a small entrance fee of around 3 €
  • Amazing museum, full of pieces of Evora’s History. You will Roman tumbs, nice paintings from many Portuguese artists and schools, perfect marble sculptures and archeological findings. Sunday morning is free.
