I contacted Sara somewhat last minute and she arranged for tour of the university and historical sites in the old city with a colleague, Renan. Her communication was very efficient. The tours were superb, Renan is an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and interactive. He has a casual way of communication his information. Very glad I went on the tours, learning far more than if I was to have visited without a guide. I would recommend this company to anyone with an interest in the history of Coimbra or the university.

On a stay in Coimbra we took a tour with Sara of GO Walks Portugal. We only had a day in the city and she took us on a tour through the old city and up to the university. The tour was small, only me and my wife which we appreciated. We met by the river and walked through the old town ending up at the University. The tour hit everything that we wanted to see. Sara was very knowledgeable and did a great job, we would not hesitate to recommend her.
