As you drive up the hill to see Monte Brasil you will see a Fayard at the entrance to the fort. We asked if we could have a tour and were told a guide would be available at two o’clock. We came back..... more

It was in the military compound, and we did not go in because there were soldiers anywhere). I think you can go in and they would offer you a tour (time maybe limited). Nice walk to the top.
