It is to be a nice beach in Alvor, but people let there dogs crap everywhere, its disgusting . I would never go back or recommend it to anyone

It's a beach. A big beach. Often windy. Not much to see or do but no people in winter. Boardwalk to the beach is more interesting than the actual beach.

Beautiful sandy beach, especially at sunrise, when I was there it was nice and clean. Stretches far so there is lots of space, it's nice to walk along the shoreline, or along the boardwalk which leads down near a lighthouse and also down to the dock area. Enjoyed walking up the staircase over the left side of the beach, great spot for a photo as the view is good.
