Aguadream Mediterranean Baths, Portimao

Absolutely loved the pools, so relaxing just what was needed. My whole body was completely relaxed. The massage was wonderful and will definitely be back, next time for longer. I've just had a baby so this was very much appreciated. If I lived closer I would definitely be going regularly. The reason I have not given 5 stars is there was quite a bit of hair on the changing room floors, but apart from that I loved the experience.

I booked an experience here with my wife. We arrived at 4 and were greeted at the door and told where to change. Once we changed a staff member met us and gave us a tour of the facility. We spent the first 20 minutes moving through the cold warm hot and salt exfoliating pools. Then two massage therapists came out to get us and gave us a 60 minute massage which I thought was great and my wife said was in the top 5 best massages she has ever had. Once our massages were over we experienced the baths again for another 30-45 minutes, showered up and left for dinner. It was an amazing experience and if I lived here I'd come all the time. I am unsure why the place was so empty when we were there today! If you're on the fence of booking this place or not, just book it !
