Create an itinerary including Marimegmeg Beach
Visit impeccable Marimegmeg Beach to enjoy soft stretches of sand surrounded by palm trees. Take a dip in the crystal clear water, but be careful to avoid the sharp, slippery rocks scattered across the shore. You can see Depeldet Islet from the beach, and at low tide, you can even walk there. Finish off your visit by enjoying a local meal and some refreshing drinks at one of the shoreside restaurants. • My favorite go-to hang out beach in El Nido. Very accessible from the town proper. Fine, white sand and clear blue water. A great place for picnic. There’s even McDonald’s at the beach entrance for cheaper food options. The only downside is that there are some rough rocks in the water. You just need to be careful not to step on them or you might get bruises while dipping. The Maremegmeg Tree which is 100 years old has a sign that you cannot sit, jump or climb on it but most people can’t see it because it is not very visible if you’re coming from the other side. They should put the sign on the branch where most people thought it’s okay to sit on. Me and my friends hang out under this big tree and we have to tell people every time that they can’t sit on it. Lol.
  • Another beautiful beach in El Nido to stroll and hangout 🏖️❤️. Just one taxicycle away from Town Proper. ☺️
