Just a lovely quite beach right in Garapan. Lot's of locals come to picnic in the evening. There are facilities and some picnic areas.

Really enjoyed hanging out on the beach. There were no crowds due to all of the travel advisories and the weather was perfect. I don’t know what it’s like during the high season but it was amazing...
