If you have time for 2-3 hours free, you may visit Botanical Park where you will see the lake in the town and you will feel the peace.

Beautiful gardens, nice for family, or a walk with friends or alone. Definitely worth visiting when in Chisinau. One star deducted for having the most disgusting public toilets in Chisinau.

Great park, especially in spring and summer when everything is green! Entry fee is 10 lei. The circular path takes around 1h to walk plus the multiple ‘detours’ you can take such as the rose garden, rock garden, lakes, pine forest, alpine garden, etc. The infrastructure is underdeveloped and toilets look bad(
