    We found the Villa Cipressi particularly beautiful - even more so than its more famous neighbour (Monestero) We loved the landscaping of the gardens, just gorgeous.

    Stunning place overviewing the Lake Como, the gardens are so picturesque, full of flowers, cozy benches where you can sit and relax. The bar has a very attentive and kind waiter😊 absolutely recommend to visit it if you are in Varenna

    I stayed here in 1996 on honey moon. It was early June and was very reasonable. Price was $100.00 a night midweek. Beautiful beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Great access to the lake for swimming which we did. So grateful for the experience.
