We visited Minardi Winery today and took pizza and pasta making classes. This was the highlight of our trip to Rome!! Beautiful, fun and informative. Alfredo, along with his friends and family, go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I felt more like a guest than a client on a paid tour. Do yourself a favor and get out of the city for the day to visit Minardi!

We did the pasta making class at Minardi and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun and the food was fantastic. Such a beautiful location and friendly hosts. It would be great to also learn how to make the pasta sauces but with limited time it’s understandable this isn’t included.
