Create an itinerary including Maruti Mandir
One of the oldest temples in Shirdi, Maruti Mandir is one of only three existing shrines in which Lord Hanuman--the monkey god and the patron deity of wrestlers--is depicted in a reclining posture. A circular railing encloses the shrine that, oddly enough, faces south instead of west or east. Notice the dumbbells in the corner, which young men use to exercise their strength. Put Maruti Mandir and other Shirdi attractions into our Shirdi attractions site, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • This Maruti Mandir is close to Gate 3. Once you come out of Gate 3, you can see this temple. A nice place to relax, unwind and meditate as well
