Lotus Surf Shop, Hagatna

Update: It's been over 3 months now, and I still haven't received a video clip from my session. I wish he would communicate with me to solve the technical issue, rather than leaving me hanging with no response, yet again. (But then, it's a 5 second clip, so I'm guessing it's small enough to be emailed.. not sure what the issue is.) Soon after I wrote the previous review early November, Coach Fred got back to me and told me he's having issues transferring the file. And he said he'll see if his staff can do it. After waiting for about 2 weeks, I asked him for an update, but I haven't received a response for a week now. ------ Coach Fred seemed like a nice guy, but I've been having difficulties getting a video clip from my session he promised to send me. He asked for my email address and everything, but he hasn't sent me the file for over 2 months now.. After a few weeks of waiting, I DMed him, and he said he's having issues converting the file. So I waited few more weeks. Then, I told him he can just send me the file in any format. Now, he would read my DMs, but won't even respond. I tried calling the shop, but it seems like he's never there, so I don't know what to do. :/

Just awesome!! The people are nice and was helpful. Surfing lessons were fun, either they are great instructors or I'm a fast learner. Second wave is was riding. Highly suggest this shop. 🤙
