    Naumburg is well worth a visit. The old part of the town is beautiful. It has a UNESCO World Heritage designation. The cathedral is one of the most outstanding in Germany.

    Beautiful gothic church with an amazing baroque organ.

    Beautiful church representing a mixture of almost every historical style. The late Gothic exterior is impresses with its scale relative to the cityscape. In fact, the church was a matter of pride for the city, an expression of independence from the Bishop, who resided beyond the city wall to the west. The interior is modest by European standards but is unique in how much of it was spared from historicist renovation, representing how it might have appeared in the mid 19th century. Worth a visit, and make sure to note the many different styles present.
