  • We left this feeling very disappointed. Aside from this being his former residence, there really wasn't much of Mozart here. Most of his possessions were long gone before the museum was even an idea.....  more

  • When you hear the word "music", you will surely think of Mozart. The house where he lived, is now a very beautiful museum which provides you with a lot of information about his life. When you are inside, you feel an awe and an emotion, which stems from the fact that in these rooms lived and composed one of the most important musical composers of that time. If you visit it (I highly recommend it), stand in the room for a while and imagine Mozart composing ...
  • It's a small museum and most of what's in it is conjecture. However the audio guide is fantastic and gives great insight on Mozart's life in the time period. Half an hour is enough for the visit and tickets are reasonably priced so I definitely recommend.
