Take a boat out to shallow sandbars, abundantly populated by rays, and aptly named Stingray City. Thought to have been originally attracted to the sand bars by fisherman gutting and cleaning their fish, the stingrays still congregate here, though the fisherman have been replaced by tourists armed ready to feed them squid. Don your snorkel and you'll be able to pet, feed, and observe these amazing creatures as they move majestically around the water. You'll be standing in clear and shallow waters in the open ocean, and will be briefed on how to interact properly with creatures. Had an amazing experience with Stingray City. Professional, experienced staff who took great care of us. We had a wonderful time snorkeling with stingrays on a beautiful reef. The staff taught us how to safely interact and swim next to the animals. They also took beautiful photos we were able to purchase for a reasonable price, if you wanted.

A must do. Great crew. Positive energy and awesome interation with nature. Sting Ray's are very agile and docile creatures... a must with kids who love water and animals!
