A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
On the 15th (Thu), contemplate the long history of Royal Alcázar of Seville, pause for some serene contemplation at Catedral de Sevilla, admire the landmark architecture of Torre Giralda, then take a stroll through Barrio Santa Cruz, and finally take in nature's colorful creations at Casa de Pilatos. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 16th (Fri): make a trip to Setas de Sevilla (Metropol Parasol), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Basilica de la Macarena, then stop by Triana, then take in nature's colorful creations at Parque de Maria Luisa, and finally admire the striking features of Plaza de España.

Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: appreciate the extensive heritage of Mirador de San Nicolas, make a trip to Plaza de San Nicolas, then make a trip to Carrera del Darro, and finally admire the striking features of Alhambra.

You can drive from Cordoba to Granada in 2.5 hours. Other options are to take a train; or take a bus. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Cordoba in December: highs in Granada hover around 15°C, while lows dip to 2°C.
