Granada boasts numerous well-preserved examples of exquisite Moorish architecture, not the least of which is the Alhambra, an ancient citadel and royal palace.
On the 13th (Thu), take a stroll through Albayzin and then step into the grandiose world of Alhambra. On your second day here, get to know the fascinating history of Mirador de San Nicolas, then look and learn at Science Park (Parque de las Ciencias), then admire the natural beauty at Generalife, and finally look for gifts at Munira Leather.

A city of rich Moorish heritage, Seville is the cultural and financial center of southern Spain, and the site of numerous festivals throughout the year.
Kids will enjoy Plaza de España and Barrio Santa Cruz. Fill the 17th (Mon) with excitement at Isla Magica. There's lots more to do: contemplate the long history of Royal Alcázar of Seville, admire the striking features of Torre Giralda, pause for some serene contemplation at Catedral de Sevilla, and take a stroll through Triana.

You can drive from Granada to Seville in 3 hours. Other options are to take a train; or take a bus.
