City of Beautiful Towers

Founded in the 10th century as a Viking fishing village, Copenhagen has morphed into the cultural, political, and economic powerhouse of the country.
Get a sense of the local culture at Nyhavn and St. Alban's Church. Rosenborg Castle and Our Saviour's Church will appeal to history buffs. There's lots more to do: get engrossed in the history at National Museum of Denmark, hunt for treasures at Torvehallerne, rejuvenate with a delicious beverage at National Gallery of Denmark, and appreciate the history behind The Little Mermaid.

To see where to stay, traveler tips, photos, and other tourist information, refer to the Copenhagen tour planning site.

Brussels, Belgium to Copenhagen is an approximately 4.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Expect a daytime high around 9°C in March, and nighttime lows around 1°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 7th (Tue) to allow enough time to travel back home.
