World Heritage-listed Edinburgh combines ancient and modern in a uniquely Scottish atmosphere.
Get some cultural insight at Edinburgh Old Town and Edinburgh Castle. Royal Yacht Britannia and Camera Obscura and World of Illusions will appeal to museum buffs. There's still lots to do: take in the dramatic natural features at Arthur's Seat, steep yourself in history at Palace of Holyroodhouse, see the interesting displays at National Museum of Scotland, and make a trip to The Real Mary King's Close.
