Fondly referred to as “El Sur” by the locals, Maspalomas serves as a hub of entertainment and beach activity on Gran Canary Island.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Calle Triana and El Faro de Maspalomas. Get in touch with nature at Playa de Amadores and Playa de Mogan. When in Maspalomas, make a side trip to see Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, approximately Las Palmas de Gran Canaria away. Start off your visit on the 20th (Thu): stop by Fund Grube Las Palmeras, then stop by Centro Comercial Las Palmeras, then stop by komodo, and finally identify plant and animal life at Parque Natural de Corralejo.
