Traveling by combination of train and flight from Tromso to Oslo takes 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of train, night train, ferry, car, and bus. Traveling from Tromso in October, expect nights in Oslo to be about the same, around 2°C, while days are somewhat warmer, around 10°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Fri) so you can travel to Bergen.

A city famed for its underground music scene, Bergen also serves as the gateway to the fjords of Norway's western coastline.
Get some cultural insight at Bryggen and Theta Museum. Step out of the city life by going to Hardanger Fjord and Ulriken. There's lots more to do: tour the pleasant surroundings at Helleneset, contemplate the waterfront views at Lille Lungegaardsvannet, hike along Vidden Trail between Mt. Floyen and Mt.
