Known as one of the greatest small cities in the world, Amsterdam charms visitors with its cool and cozy atmosphere.
Step off the beaten path and head to Museum Quarter and De 9 Straatjes. Venture out of the city with trips to Dominicanenklooster Zwolle (in Zwolle) and Landgoed Schovenhorst (in Putten). Barcelona, the country’s second-largest city, is a cosmopolitan urban center known for its throbbing youthful energy and stellar architecture.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Parc de Montjuic and Simuteca. Go for a jaunt from Barcelona to Jan Thiel to see Blend and Bottled about 120 hours away.
