Absolutely love it. Though it's a bit far from Bangkok, we took a taxi to go and took a mini van coming back. We were originally planning to go a different floating market, but our taxi driver said Amphawa is the original, others close to Bangkok are copycats. So we did. Turned out Amphawa is amazing. We also took a boat ride around, it was nice too.

Yes, it is a little crowded, but it sure is worth it. Great vendors. Charming places. Boat rides are awesome. We actually rented the whole boat for $20. We saw fireflies! Make sure you take insect repellent if you ride out to see the fireflies. The mosquitoes were out! We would love to visit here again!
