  • Myself and my boyfriend went and we loved it. We did a skip the line group tour. There was an english tour guide option. The headsets didnt work great. Be prepared for lots of walking.  more »
  • I read a lot of reviews and chose the last Vega up to 19 a.m. in English because we understand Polish, but the spoken word is difficult for the prapupils. We arrived at 18 a.m. and we were at the entrance practically alone, before us went acting group in Polish and one in Ukrainian, we 4 we had a guide in AJ for ourselves. So we did not need headphones and we went all the rest, they turned off behind us, we had every room for ourselves. Marek's Guide was a complete classic-dry humor, a famous knowledge of Czech history and films and a tremendous professionalism. The room was very clean and very clean. By the end of the visit was opened museum, souvenir shop and dining room-where it beautifully smelled.

  • We arrived with a tour group so tickets and all were taken care of. Our guided did a phenomenal job for 2 hrs. I enjoyed the salt mines more than I thought I would. I didn't realize what was down there - that Cathedral! It was well organized and timed. Toilets and comfort break given on our tour. Would recommend if you are in the area. I suggest doing a guided tour. Listening devices provided.
  • Absolutely stunning experience! Whatever are your expectations of this place, it will overcome it. The tour lasts for about 2.5 - 3 hours, be ready to walk a lot. However there is a part of the touristic route suitable for wheelchair access. It's good to have some warm clothes (it's about 14-16C inside) and a bottle of water. There are also souvenir shops and restaurant in the end of the route.
