  • The church is in the middle of the village of Montemarcello, a very nice and well-groomed village. One of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The Church is very beautiful, it was built in 1474 and renovated in the 17th century in the Baroque style. The small chapel on the left is the original part of the church of which the renovation of 1600 changed the orientation itself. In the chapel there is a beautiful madonna wooden rosary set in the wall, in front of a triptych of the '400 recently reassembled and restored, and in the center on the altar, a St. Anthony with Child of the workshop of Domenico Piola. In the left aisle is a marble shovel dedicated to the Holy Face, on the right a San Rocco with the angel who cares for his wounds and the dog. The church is flanked by its bell tower.
