  Uno dei monumenti più belli di Martina e che si trova in Piazza Plebiscito. È una torre con l'orologio antica in uno dei punti più alti della cittadina. È chiamato Palazzo dell', Università e pare che proprio all'apice ci sia una stanza che in realtà pare fosse una cella usata all'epoca come prigione.

  One of the most beautiful monuments of Martina and located in Piazza Plebiscito. Is a clock tower in one of the highest points of the town. Is called the Palace, University and apparently right at the top there is a room that actually seems to have been a cell used as prison.
