The site of the famous defeat of 1552, known as the Siege of Eger, Eger Castle currently serves as a museum and provides a great view of the city from its hilltop location. Eger Castle reviews
Beautiful castle with lots to do, plenty of food & drink stalls. Great inside museums showing the vast historical importance of the castle. Great views over Eger. All of it is walkable.
Nice and cute. And full with history. You can see many ancient pieces around, and very nice view up here. You have to walk little bit to go up to the Castle because it located on the hill.
