  • I don't understand what's the standard to measure or filter to consider when putting an exhibition of someone who calls himself an "artist" you could literally take a sh.... in the middle of the museu...  more »
  • It is nice to return, after a few years, to see the Centre Pompidou, renzo Piano's youthful work, still super modern today, but always in maintenance. It was the opportunity to visit the exhibition of Bacon- a punch in the stomach!! He's going to be a great artist, but I'd never want to hang a painting of him in my house. I would sell it right away, also because it has a great quote, to buy another one closer to my taste!! We then had lunch at the restaurant on the top floor of the Centre- Normal, but with stunning views of Paris from the terrace. Only.

  • This is one of the must visit museums in Paris and a must see building too. The museum often hosts great exhibitions and has a nice gift/bookstore. The building itself is a work of modern art hence worth seeing on its own. It offers a beautiful view over Paris from the roof. The area is also very interesting and lively. One can often find musicians and artists perform or draw in the street around this museum.
  • Iconic place to be! Take care not to get lost in the entrance (as there are two: one for the library and the other for the museum upstairs). You will some of (the most?) innovative pieces of contemporary art! 🖼️ 🖌️ 🎨
